Today in our crossfit gym Coach Dustin wrote the question “What are your goals?” on a very large white board. Each member has added their own mini list to the board. I have added my own stuff as well. Dean who is the silver back in our gym, the master level if you will wrote this! I couldn’t help but laugh that he wants to keep up with me. He’s certainly teasing because he is a beast in that gym! He’s strong as an ox. The goals are to dead lift 400 pounds, keep up with me (ha ha) and beat Dustin at something. Dustin is the youngest Coach in the gym. He’s tough to keep up with too. So what are some of your goals?
