The 30 Day Paleo Challenge is Back! – #Mamavation Monday

Ladies I’m here! Getting all my ducks in a row. I’ve had every intention of blogging and there are about twenty posts inside my head but due to the insane business that is my life time just kept slipping away.  Let me catch you up on my madness! Last week I was 157 and we started Day 1 of the 30 day paleo challenge. Yes my lovely coach Shaun McCrary brought it back. I’m planning to do a whole blog post about week one soon. If you are a follower of my instagram account then you might have seen some seriously delicious Paleo Pals put out by owner Greg Williams owner of the Smoothie Shoppe. Where is that? Inside our gym. Talk about convenient!

I spent the entire week preparing for Chris Donnelly owner of The Journey TV.com to come here! He’s coming to cover the Crossfit Unity Beast Wars crossfit competition. The two of us have partnered up to compete! Check out my partner at his Fan Page so you can see the competition he did over the weekend. He was moving 150 pounds of concrete ladies! Who does that? My partner, what?! what?!  We are raising money for the local animal rescue agencies. I’m so excited that these awesome people are helping him get here! Check out #TheJourneyTV Sponsors if you have a minute. Now you can see why I’ve been such a busy bee. I really WANT you to give me your thoughts on the video below! Talk to me ladies. What do you think?! Try to keep your composure. lol

To top it off we headed to Dallas Saturday for the Bloggy Boot Camp. I have so many posts to write. I really enjoyed myself. I wish I was going to Fitbloggin! That would be awesome to hear Leah speak about the nuts and bolts of what we do.

Have I been working out during all of the madness? You bet I have. Otherwise I might lose my mind. Shelly O. aka The Handler put the word out for a color run in Austin in December. I’m so excited. I’ve been trying some new stretches for my foot. I’m coming though no matter if I’m walking or running.

Does this pretty  much catch you up? WOW I feel like I should go take a nap now.

Eating out: Yes but I can’t remember when. I must confess one corn dog from Sonic. Regret…regret…regret… my body no longer knows what to do with that stuff.
My Work Outs this past week-

MTTHF – Crossfit

I took Wednesday off due to a jam packed day of errands.

Saturday – full day of travel and sitting

Sunday – recover!

Just to catch you up the week before I was at Crossfit from Tues-Friday.

My details are here on Daily Mile.
Scale Reading- 156 which is a 1 pound down from last week. If I hadn’t fallen off the Paleo wagon that number would be better but what can I do?
Stress Level - I have a nice Zit! Need I say more?
The UP side- I’m getting PR jobs left and right! Who am I?

Be a good role model.

This is great. Been doing Paleo off and on for awhile but only been getting more serious in the past few months. Maybe I should start tracking things.

    Keep it up!
