PTSD Fundraiser Complete
What a journey it has been these past twenty plus days. All it took was a simple message asking me for help. That’s always the first step isn’t it? Asking for help? Contributors came out in full force to help fund this project. I’m so glad that it is fully funded. We have watched it day after day and some days the same amount just sat there for days and that was nerve racking. All it took was asking a few more people to share. The word spread and donation after donation kept coming. No matter how big or small it all added up to the end goal. Shane and his family are over the moon! So many people have been tracking the progress of this project. A friend of mine Cameo who was also on our Spartan Race team sent me a text this evening during my Yoga class and told me the good news! We were all just so touched by the generosity of others. The next step is to find a dog to train! Shane has turned Paws 4 PTSD into a full blow charity to help others suffering from PTSD. It’s great to see how much good can come from the goodness of others. Be sure to link up and share your photo with me!
