Fitness has become part of my everyday life since we decided we were finished having children. Now I can fully focus on a healthy and fit lifestyle. It’s incredibly important to me to be a healthy role model for my children. I think it’s catching on because they have participated in a few races too! The only thing better than racing is racing with your friends! Races have been the most helpful part of fitness for me. It gives you something to train for with an end goal. Get inspired and motivated!

If you race then you train! Training has taken me through all sorts of group classes like yoga, pilates, circuit training, taebo, kick boxing and boot camps!
This running boot camp was really tough for me. Even though it ended a while back I think it is one of the most challenging camps that I have tried. Running takes practice! Some people like to run in groups. For me, I like to run alone and just be with my thoughts without any of the pressure I put on myself to keep up.
