#Mamavation Monday – All-Nighters are for your 20’s

At least that’s what my husband told me! After I spent the week trying to make it through two birthdays four days apart I got way behind. I was doing the solo parenting thing and when my husband returned I was playing catch up big time. I pulled an all-nighter (sort of like now) and killed my immune system and got super sick! Flu like sick with fever, chills, pain all over and boy was I nice and miserable. So miserable that I haven’t worked out since Hoopnotica at Fitcation! That’s right. I put everything on hold until I get better. It’s pretty short and sweet this week.


Eating out: With all this traveling that we have been doing let’s just say yes!
My Work Outs this past week



Scale Reading– 155 which is a 1 pound loss this week. I will deal.
Stress Level – I’m sick.
The UP side– School has started! Whoo Hoo
