Oh how I love my Sistas, let me count the ways! Krista Swan bewitched me! She’s awesome right? I’m all ready for October now. This past week has been jam packed full of work outs, work stuff and kid stuff. I would like some down time but we are too busy getting things done around here. You name it we are doing it.

I’m on the last week of the Paleo challenge. I wish I could say I haven’t fallen of the wagon another time or two but I have. Wish I could say I stayed away from the Patrone but I didn’t. lol – I needed to blow off some steam!
The work outs are going well. I’m noticing some really strange differences. First of all so far this year I’m down 20 pounds so on that note I guess I can stop looking at people like they are crazy when they tell me that I’ve lost weight. I can see it now. The weird part is that I can’t lift as heavy as I could last year. That is really weird for me. However I’m stronger in other areas. The shift is just mind boggling. I guess it’s good because one of my goals for the end of the year is to get at least one unassisted pull up/chin up! I just want one. That would be progress for me. I’m not asking for a lot. lol – We all have to have goals. My other was to run a half marathon this year but so far it’s been really difficult getting back into running with my crazy feet. I’m just now in a place where I’m ready to start trying again. I’m not completely recovered but I’m not sure I ever will be. I don’t know, it’s a mystery.
I’m sure there is a lot to say but I feel rushed because I have a thousand things to do in a very short time. I did get in my “skinny” jeans over the weekend. - June 165 -163 = 2 pound loss
- July 164 – 156 = 8 pound loss
