Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows {Giveaway}

During July 17th – 21st Reliant Park will be going to the dogs! The World Series of Dog Shows that is and they have been generous enough to offer my readers tickets to any day of your choosing while the show is in town. How fun is that for the family? There will be two winners that will receive adult passes. You must be in the Houston area in order to pick up your tickets to the show. Children under 12 get in free! This is not a sponsored post although I was offered tickets I’m unable to attend this year’s event. As a Houston supporter I’m happy to spread the word about the dog shows and offer free tickets.

I’m a big dog lover at heart I’m willing to sweat it out to help the fur babies. Last year our gym hosted a CrossFit competition to help raise money for their local animal shelters. What do you have to do to win? Leave me a comment and let me know which breed would you like to meet most? Make sure you email address is correct so that I can contact you if you are one of the two lucky winners. It’s as simple as that. The winner will be announced July 5th best of luck to you.

The show looks like a lot of fun and I’m really sad to be missing out on it’s 36th year. They have so much lined up this year for their indoor dog show. That’s right, it’s all inside so you don’t have to worry about the heat. There will be plenty to do and see inside the cool air conditioned.

    Huskies!!!! The one in the last picture you posted is soooo pretty! I love huskies! And someday I will own one!

      Oh those are beautiful dogs! What would you ask a breeder? I would wonder how they handle that Texas heat with all that fur. Maybe a shave in the summer time?

      • Juliann Evans says

        I would wonder about handling the Texas heat in the summer as well, that’s one of the many reasons why I don’t own one yet! But I also would ask what they do to use up their energy, because huskies are high energy dogs. Just to get more ideas than just taking them on runs, see if they had any fun out of the ordinary ideas.

    Basenji’s Lovin the Barkless dog, too cute, taking my Shiner Bock Basenji to see her breeder this year.

  3. Courtenay Morgan says

    I’ll be there every day representing Bull Terriers (rescue booth and Meet the Breed), but am SO looking forward to meeting an Ibizan Hound!! Someday I think I’d like to have a wirehaired, but I’m not sure if I’m a hound person so definitely need to meet one. The Frenchie rescue usually has a kissing booth that I just might have to visit this year, too……. :)

    Basenjis. They’re rare and not an easy dog to live with, even if they do rarely bark. Not quiet, opinionated, stubborn, but joyful and they always make me laugh more than any other breed ever has.

  5. Mike Ryan says

    Japanese Chin is my breed of choice. Very cat like and generally non-barking. Very regal and breed originally for the Emperor you had to be royalty to own one.

  6. Joy McCrory Logue Courtney says

    Siberian Husky and Papillon!! One is the most beautiful and one is the bravest! I have both. Also we have an Australian Shepherd, Pomeranian and a Husky Shepherd mix. Busy house! I love going to the Reliant show and meeting other dog lovers like me. It is nice to be understood!!

  7. Doxie Lover says

    I would love to see the Basenjis. I have wanted one for years, came very close to getting one from a reputable breeder years ago, but all the puppies were show quality and I wanted one for a pet.
