Across The Finish Line

Thank you for supporting me while training for this last 4th of July five mile race. Thanks to the video option on my Instagram I was able to take you all with me across the finish line. These guys were my support system during the race. It’s great to have online fit buddies but having them in real life is fantastic too!

The Mr. on the right got a trophy for best costume. We had a great time and I can’t wait to do it again next year, it’s become a tradition. Hopefully next year my time will be faster.

It’s new!

Oh my! Thank you Sheryl. Running isn’t easy for me but I get out there and do it any way. My friends make it more fun. I’m there cheering them on when we pass each other. It’s nice to see a familiar face during a race.

It’s awesome that you have them to run with you! (And I love that they have matching shoes!) Great job, and what a great tradition to start!!

Very nice! What a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday–especially when there is face paint involved. You all look great and ecstatic and proud, but the face paint… well, that really sends it pleasantly over the top for me.
